At St. Perpetua, we offer a Youth Group as an integral part of our youth ministry for all high-school teens. In Youth Group we seek to combine elements of Catholic theology, service, spirituality, scripture, community life, and the arts into our weekly gatherings. Our goal in Youth Group is to provide teens with the tools and understanding to fully live our faith in real and concrete ways, to be comfortable with our faith expression, and to continue to explore our faith and grow in our love of God and neighbor. How? Weekly we take a modern look at our faith (Sacraments, Scripture, the Paschal Mystery, Person of Christ, the Church, Morality, Community, and Prayer) all through a teen’s eyes, and words – and with some fun, and food.
Teens in high school in our parish are welcome to participate in Youth Group. Teens may also bring their high school friends with them to check out what we are doing and to see if it is for them. Because of the varying needs in our community, Youth Group gathers on five different days of the week: Sundays, Mondays, Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays.
Youth Group Gathers from 7:30 to 8:45 in the RRC (Unless otherwise noted).

St. Perpetua’s weekly Youth Group gatherings, mingled with special events and activities, provide teens with opportunities to engage in community life, prayer and worship, leadership and development, justice and service, and catechesis (learning about our faith). These weekly times together offer our teens a chance to gather in an atmosphere of faith, trust, and joy to explore our own stories together as we tie them into Gospel stories (the Good News!). Come join us for an evening.
