Gifts of Other Property

St. Perpetua may be able to accept gifts of other property such as real estate, art, collectables, automobiles, etc. Such gifts are handled for St. Perpetua by the Oakland Diocese. If you are interested in making such a gift, please contact the Parish Business Manager, Katherine Korsak at (925) 283-0272 ext. 207 or kkorsak@stperpetua.org. She will contact the Diocese to see if your gift can be accepted and if it can, to obtain instructions on how to proceed. Depending on the nature of the property, an appraisal may be required by the IRS.
