Charitable Gift Annuities

A charitable gift annuity will pay you and/or a loved one a fixed annuity for life, with any remaining principal passing to St. Perpetua after the passing of the last annuity recipient. The amount of the annuity payments is based on the size of the gift, the ages of the beneficiaries, and current rates of return. Currently, the Oakland Diocese and St. Perpetua do not offer gift annuities, but may in the future. If you are interested, please contact the Parish office to inquire if we can now offer charitable gift annuities.
